Request Administrator Rights

In order to manage your schools' Pyuple Space (online community), you must be employed by your school and have administrative access. If no one has administrative access to manage your school's Pyuple Space, contact support@pyuple.com asking for access. If other people at your school have administrative access, they can make you an administrator. Once you have administrative access, you can proceed to the next step.

Go To Your Control Panel

Log in and click the red button at the top of the page to access your control panel. If you don't have administrative access, you will not see the "School Community Manager" control panel menu.

Edit Setup Info

Select "Edit Setup Info" in the drop down menu to edit your school's Pyuple Space setup information such as the description, url and more.

Manage Members

Select "Manage Members" in the drop down menu to manage the members in your school's Pyuple Space online community. You can remove members and give/remove administrative rights to other members.

Manage Design

Select "Manage Design" in the drop down menu to manage your school's Pyuple Space design, change colors and/or upload your own header with your school's logo.

Manage News / Announcements

Select "Manage News / Announcements" in the drop down menu to manage news and announcements that will show up on your school's Pyuple Space.

Manage Photos

Select "Manage Photos" in the drop down menu to manage photos in your school's Pyuple Space. You can also organize photos using albums.

Manage Forum Categories

Select "Manage Forum Categories" in the drop down menu to manage discussion board / forum categories in your school's Pyuple Space.

Manage Files / Documents

Select "Manage Files / Documents" in the drop down menu to upload files / documents to your school's Pyuple Space.

Manage Links

Select "Manage Links" in the drop down menu to manage links in your school's Pyuple Space.

Manage Custom Pages

Select "Manage Custom Pages" in the drop down menu to manage custom pages in your school's Pyuple Space. Custom Pages allows you to add any additional content you want in your school's Pyuple Space.

Manage Widgets

Select "Manage Widgets" in the drop down menu to manage widgets on the home page of your school's Pyuple Space. Widgets are custom blocks of information or or mini applications.

Manage Menu Settings

Select "Manage Menu Settings" in the drop down menu to manage your school's Pyuple Space menu settings. You can make different pages public, for members only or completely hidden.

Send Message to Members

Select "Send Message to Members" in the drop down menu to send a message to all or some members in your school's Pyuple Space.
