Create a Group

If you haven't already done so, go to the Groups page and click the "Create Group" button to create your a group.

Go To Your Control Panel

Click the red button at the top of the page to access your control panel. If you created a group according to step 2, you will see the Group Manager in your control panel.

Edit Group Name and Setup Info

Select "Edit Name & Setup Info" in the drop down menu to edit your group's name and setup information. You can also choose a url for your group's name as in

http://yourgroupname.pyuple.com

whereyourgroupnameis your group's name.

Manage Members

Select "Manage Members" in the drop down menu to manage your groups members. Here you can remove members and give other members administrative access to manage your group.

Manage Design

Select "Manage Design" in the drop down menu to manage your groups design. You can change the color, upload your own design and more.

Manage News / Announcements

Select "Manage News / Announcements" in the drop down menu to add news and announcements to your group site.

Manage Meetings

Select "Manage Meetings" in the drop down menu to post meeting information to your group site.

Manage Calendar

Select "Manage Calendar" in the drop down menu to post events to the calendar on your group's site.

Manage Photos

Select "Manage Photos" in the drop down menu to upload photos to your group's site.

Manage Forum Categories

Select "Manage Forum Categories" in the drop down menu to manage the categories in the discussion board on your group's site.

Select "Manage Files / Documents" in the drop down menu to upload files and documents to your group's site.

Manage Menu Settings

Select "Manage Menu Settings" in the drop down menu to hide or show pages on your group's site.

Send Message to Group

Select "Send Message to Group" in the drop down menu to send a message to all members of your group.
